1.Small but Powerful
Compared with asynchronous motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM)have the advantages of small volume, lightweight, low loss, high efficiency, large torque and inertia ratio, measurable rotor parameters and good control performance. Permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system can achieve high precision, high dynamic performance, large range of speed control or positioning control. PMSM is widely used in the scenarios that require energy-saving, high-efficiency, high-precision control, and low noise.
2.High efficiency and Low energy consumption
After a permanent magnet synchronous motor is embedded with a permanent magnet on the rotor, the permanent magnet establishes the rotor magnetic field. During normal operation, the rotor and the stator magnetic field run synchronously. There is no induced current in the rotor and there is no rotor resistance loss, which can improve the efficiency of the motor5~10%.Since there is no magnetic inductance in the permanent magnet motor rotor, the stator winding may present purely resistance loads, making the motor power factor almost 1
